01 — Agreement
By accessing or using Marketplace Sidekick you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced via email and dated above.
02 — Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
03 — Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans bill monthly or annually in INR. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from settings; cancellation takes effect at period end. We use Razorpay to process payments — Razorpay's terms apply to the payment transaction itself.
04 — Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer the service, scrape it, attempt to break authentication, upload malicious files, or use it to violate Amazon's, Flipkart's, or any other platform's terms of service. We will terminate accounts that do.
05 — Intellectual property
Marketplace Sidekick and its content, code, and brand are owned by us. Your reports and the dashboards generated from them remain yours. You grant us a limited license to display your dashboards back to you.
06 — Termination
You can delete your account anytime. We can terminate accounts for violation of these terms with reasonable notice. On termination, paid-tier features cease and account data is retained per the privacy policy.
07 — Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties. We are not liable for business decisions you make based on the analysis. Maximum aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
08 — Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [city — TBD].
